Tracy REACH (Residents Empowered Advocates of Change) is a non-profit organization with 501 (c) (3) status. Our main goal is to unite the community, raise our concern for community needs, and create awareness to live a safe, healthy, and better future.

Tracy REACH works with the community to raise awareness on important issues. We inform and educate. We work with our elected officials and advocate on important issues for our citizens. We believe mobilizing our residents to ensure our voices are heard is essential to a thriving community.

Tracy REACH is a cultural heritage organization dedicated to fostering community engagement through cultural and arts programs, ethnic and cultural awareness initiatives, and vibrant festivals.

Rooted in cultural values that emphasize preserving, promoting, and sharing traditions, customs, arts, and heritage, our organization is dedicated to fostering understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures. We support initiatives such as indigenous language revitalization, ethnic dance troupes, historical preservation efforts, and community arts programs that celebrate local artistic expression.
