    We are excited to invite vendors to be part of our Happy Holi 2026 Celebration! 🌟

    📏 Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ (bring your own table, chairs, lights and canopy. If you are unable to get a canopy and table on your own, let us know , we can arrange it for a fee)

    ⚠️ Disclaimer – Tracy Reach Happy Holi 2026

    Event Date: Saturday, February 28th / 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    I/We hereby release and discharge Tracy Reach from all liability arising out of or in connection with participation in the Happy Holi 2026 event.

    I/We grant permission to Tracy Reach to post photos on social media, record the program, and use such recordings in a suitable way for community purposes.

    Booths will be confirmed only after payment is received.

    Each vendor is allotted a 10 ft × 10 ft outdoor booth space.

    Vendors must bring their own tent, chairs, tables, and lighting.
